Custom "409 Deck Tru" made in house because we were not satisfied with what was available.

Sets deck up at correct 74 degree angle, with 8.500 reference height to help establish

deck height dimension 

Can also be mounted to a mill table to set deck up square to the world.  

In my world deck height is measured 90 degrees from the deck to crank center line.

That dimension is approximately 9.815 for 348/409 blocks, not 9.600 which is "assumed" deck height.

Custom "W Notch Tru" used to establish valve notch/compression relief location in block.

Notches are square to the deck and not to the bore.
